I would not give any stars to this place. I have just arrived at my home and find one eyebrow has been finished properly and the other has not. The woman who did the threading was abrupt and too about two minutes for the whole process and charged £6 for this. I usually go to Superdrug but no one was there today. I will never go to Divine again. Very poor work.

Terrible service today - I got there at 4:58pm and waited in the queue and then the lady said that she will close at 5:15pm even when the sign says 5:30pm closing. 3 other people had already walked out of the shop without being served before me because she was not prepared to serve everyone today. I was absolutely shocked as I am a regular customer to Divine Brow Bar. I will not be visiting again because clearly they do not want sales.

I am so disappointed, the lady that did my eyebrows was so rude to me she told me to take a seat I asked for eyebrows and top lip, she didn't even do my top lip! she finished my eyebrows and then went back to the till waiting for me to pay! I quickly got the hint that she couldn't be bothered to do it as there was a couple of people waiting, the lady didn't even brush the removed hair off my face so I had to walk back to the car with hair all over my face and in my eyes ! The worst experience ever I won't be going back. There was no conversation not even a smile, the woman clearly just wanted me out as quick as possible. No customer service skills at all I left feeling really upset.

i went into divine today and have never been so disapointed in how they turned out! They are so uneven and are nothing like the natural shape of my eyebrow! I expected to have all the loose hairs taken away but have now been left with eyebrows that dont match. I would not recommend this brow bar!!!

Walked in, said hello and got no reply only "next." Got told "sit" and asked what I was having done (brow shaping) she didn't measure them out or asked how I wanted them (I wanted to keep them quite thick) She was very good at threading and it was very quick and painless but they did come out very thin, nice brows! It wasn't a botch job just not how I like them. They're dealable. She walked off so I sat up and got my card to pay, I stood infront of her whilst she was on her phone for a good minute and then slid the card machine to me without looking up! Payed, no goodbye, that was it. Wouldn't recommend as they just do the same size and shape on everyone no matter how you want them and they (the ladies) are very blunt and non talkative! However my brows are very crisp and clean.
