We found this pub recently and every visit has been a thoroughly pleasant experience. The staff have been extremely attentive. The atmosphere has been very welcoming. We ate there today for the first time and were totally blown away by the quality and flavour of the food and the service. We would highly recommend this place for special occassions as it is not cheap, however it is very much worth the money. Can't praise this pub and the staff enough !!!!!.

Food was excellent if a little on the pricey side. For this quality of food though it's worth treating yourself and others once in a while. Will definitely go again. Staff are warm and friendly and waiting time for food was acceptable.

Stunning 5* quality food, wonderful dining area with abundant charm, attendant staff ... so glad I found this gem!

Far and away the nicest steak and kidney pie in the area. Very nice gastropub.
