Tried the "Melt in the mouth" Lamb Shank which was Delicious. Staff Welcoming & Polite as usual. New Menu. Will definitely return during the week as well as next Sunday. Highly Recommend U Visit.

No management in place,sometimes no lagers or beers available,gone downhill since the previous manager left. They have great staff like Alex who is overlooked,and one member of staff I have seen stealing but who do you report it to. The tables have been moved around in no particular order,and an electrical socket has been broken for years,when you mention it, it's never been done. Maybe waiting for someone to electrocute themselves then it will be repaired. We used to go three four times a week,only go now if meeting friends,as bad as it is it's the best of the pubs in the area and that's saying something.

Really good charcoal cooked food, good service but no licence for alcoholic drinks, overall good food at very competitive prices.

Bar service awful. There were only two members of staff serving a really busy bar. I asked staff member why this was the case and was informed that it had been decided that bar doesn't make enough money to justify more staff!
