Lovely food, (try the home made scotch eggs and awesome Caesar Cesar salad), great country pub atmosphere and friendly staff.  Highly recommend

I like this pub! I've visited a few times a year over the past few years. I think the management/landlord may have changed, possibly more than once in that time, but the pub shines through and consistently has a good choice of real ale that are kept well. The current team are making a great impression and improving on what will hopefully always be a great traditional English pub.

Nice food and friendly staff, had Sunday lunch here a few times didn't disappoint, pub looks lovely now with the outside all painted up and beautiful hanging baskets on it.  Will give the pizza van a try soon too.
