Went for a joint birthday meal for my mum and dad. The place was filled with certain people who did not look after their children. They were fighting and screaming and climbing under our tables whilst we were eating. You couldn’t hold a conversation as the men of the certain people are sooooo loud!!nI felt for the waiter and waitresses as you could see it was affecting other tables.nThey seemed to have no support from management who should have come out and said keep the noise down and keep your kids under control, but nothing.nIt ruined a nice family meal.nAlso the prices have gone up but the portion sizes gone down, which is a shame. Been coming here for many many years and felt very let down tonight.nWould appreciate managers thoughts on the above and why no one was supporting the waiting staff??
The restaurant was very busy, and I thought that would be a problem, but alas, the service was quick and the staff very polite, the food was excellent, I wouid recommend this with no hesitation. I only showed 3 photos, but the photograph didn't do the flavour justice.
The best Chinese out there that does amazing Chinese vegan food!nWow what a place, the whole vegetarian menu can be veganised - most Is vegan friendly anyway.nService is great, lovely waiters and waitresses.nLove visiting here with friends and family

I dined at imperial dynasty on Saturday with friends to celebrate my birthday & the service was very good however after having our starter a large table of 8 lads carrying beers sat next to us.nUnfortunately they soon after became very rowdy & loud that my birthday meal was spoilt as we could not have a conversation due to loudness & nothing was said to them about respecting other dinersnSo had a very disappointing birthday meal because our friends wanted to leave the restaurantnAny comments would be appreciated fromnThe manager
