Good atmosphere, great venue, good food,( not cheap but the same as most now). Accommodating,  of muddy Walkers/cyclists. Helpful friendly staff.... Except the indifferent bar man. We'll worth a visit.

A lovely old school British pub. The walls are slightly wonky, the roof is way too low for me but I wouldn't change it for the world. I really hope that no one tries to modernise this place. It's age and rustic feel is its beauty. Nice beer, good food and generally friendly people. Lots of walkers and cyclists use this pub as a resting place before moving on.

We went for a Sunday roast and it was really nice. The Juggs is one of my favourite pubs and we enjoy the atmosphere, food and friendly service.
