Very strange layout for a bar and the pool table was in a questionable location (I was almost hit in the head a few times). Very curious music play list, there was nothing objectively bad but it was very scattered and had little continuity. Although it was quite humorous to see old people eating their dinner to Pendulum at 1730 pm. Bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful so over all a good experience and a great view out the window! Wouldn't be my first choice in Lewes though.

Really good pub with Harvey's beer. Good food too. Generally a wide range of meals at reasonable prices. Comfortable front bar. Darts and games in rear bar. Very friendly staff. Old historic building.

Very friendly staff and the food is amazing. Had the rabbit burger special and my partner had the pork roast, which done perfectly. Great beer and cider too😊great taste of local food/drinks

I like the friendly atmosphere and the food is great, the new tables and benches in the rear bar feel very small though, but would recommend this pub

Family owned freehouse on Lewes High Street. Decent food, good beer selection plus darts pool & toads in the back bar. Decent juke box too.
