Cancelled my policy due to poor service. Fail to refund me or send me my no claims bonus leaving my new insurance company threatening to cancel. After 10 phone calls with the insurance factory they promise to send me it but never do. The person who was dealing with it is not in etc. Now not taking my calls. Should have read the reviews before giving them my money. Would not recommend for motor trader as they cover nothing.

Absolutely appalling joke of a company, incapable of doing anything.
Messed up my renewal and left me uninsured, avoid at all costs.

No wonder review are horrible, they are scammers. They don't even deserve one star. Stay away from this company.

Worse company ever i hve experienced in my life. Poor customer service. They gave me my NCB and wrote on it that i had an accident the one which never happened. Stupid company. Just warning you guys plz don’t take the policy from then otherwise they gonna make u cry at the end..!! Chep company. Deserves 0 not even one star

They don't deserve a star. Purchased a motor trade policy and the sales team was great as you would expect. Policy documents did not get issued even a week later. In the meantime I could not prove my insurance to police so got reported for no insurance and vehicle impounded (was not even appearing on MID). Tried calling CUSTOMER SERVICE for days after to have the documents sent with no luck and it typically takes over an hour to get through and are not much help then either. AVOID
