It's been over a year since my insurance claim has been resolved, had a non fault incident and now have a claim against me that was never disclosed to me. Every time I have been assured that I would be given an update towards my claim within the next two week but never once within this whole year have I. I have now tried to recently get a hold of them and gotten through to hold and have waited an hour the have to have been put back to the automated voice system. After all the holding they have then proceeded to hang up on my call.  I will be seeking elsewhere for proper advice and help.

I was recently in an accident with another driver who has this company for his insurance. The claim filing process has been seamless and they’ve been great about communicating with me at every step. Really appreciate the effort they’ve been putting in and how kind their reps are to me, especially considering that I’m not even one of their customers. Not sure if it’s a sales tactic or not, but if I ever have to switch insurance for whatever reason, I’d definitely consider coming over to Markerstudy because of the good impression they’ve made on me so far.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because there is no mechanism to leave no stars. These people are utterly appalling to deal with. I submitted a claim for my motorbike which got written off in an accident. Even thought I only bought my bike 12 weeks ago from a dealer, they have offered me half what I paid for it. I have submitted a considerable quantity of evidence to support my claim, but they are now playing pass-the-parcel over the problem with co-part, who have come up with the valuation. You will routinely hold for 45 minutes before having your time wasted by someone who will just fob you off with a load of flannel. I told the last operative it spoke to that I wanted to take them to a small claims court, and was told that they didn't know who to write to or what address for service of papers. I posted a review on another website and customer services piped up to say that an operative would be in touch today. Have they..... you've guessed it - silence. No matter, I now have their address in Sevenoaks which their telephone operatives declined to give me and will be serving papers there. Avoid these people at all costs.

Had to file a claim recently and I was so nervous! This is my first car accident I’ve been in ever. Even though I wasn’t at fault, I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends that I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I’m so glad that all my fears turned out to be entirely unfounded. One of the reps at MG took care of everything, told me what to sign and when and gave me a run down of all the information they needed and even explained why which made me feel a whole heck of a lot more comfortable. My premium didn’t even end up going up! I’m so glad I have my insurance through them. I feel so bad for all of my friends who have had such awful experiences with their insurance. I keep telling them to switch but nobody listens to me. Hopefully someone reading this review takes my advice and makes the switch, because trust me it’s worth it.

Currently have a motor trade policy with them.  Well, I for one will state that these are by far the worst and most invasive insurance company provider I've been with to date. They are constantly up in your face demanding information about every vehicle that seems to pass through their trade policy. The whole point of a trade policy is so we have flexibility in adjustments to vehicles, removing cover on and off when needed and to cancel out admin time and costs.  I'd highly recommend staying clear, the aggro is not worth the cheaper premium.

I had a motor policy through Adrian flux who in turn used Markerstudy as a partner in the process. I unfortunately had to sell my car within 2 months of starting the policy and was then informed I had to pay £130 as I had cancelled my policy early. Proceed with caution and read the small print before choosing to insure with Markerstudy.

Being cheated Markerstudy is the insurance company the other driver used, who’s bumped into my car.  I was guaranteed my taxi receipts will be reimbursed as long as it’s my usual usage.  Now after months, they said that my usage is excessive to school to work to grocery and going out during weekend and should have consider renting a car to reduce cost. And only offer me less than half of the money.  If I was told there’s a limit, I would have different decisions but now, they just retort.  Avoid using this company!!  Update: The customer service seems to give very prompt responses after reading my review but in fact, they just forward the mail to the same department, who doesn’t even care to speak to the client and just throw me a cheque of the amount they like to give!! Total scam!! Don’t ever trust this company!!

Listen to this people and stay away. A simple glass repair and content insurance claim is taking forever. I took Markerstudy campervan insurance due to a wide European cover that looked very good on paper but so far not delivered. Apparently, incidents in Europe is handled by a specialist team called SCH. However nobody knows their numbers and despite many callback requests none received. I am following their complaints route and I will be very happy to explore my legal options!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. An absolutely shambolic company. Had a non - fault accident at the beginning of this year and somehow I now have a fault claim against me! Closed the file without any correspondence and getting through to someone is impossible. Have requested call backs from the file handler on 6 different occasions only to be either fobbed off or completely ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

WOW I would give 0 stars if I could.... no idea why anyone chooses this insurance company. I was hit by someone insured through this company and they only provided me with a hire replacement vehicle for 2 weeks, even when my car was going to take longer to repair. When I spoke to their staff about extending my hire vehicle they said no and to go through my insurance. Even though I was not at fault...yet I am paying in financial losses due to their insured driver who hit my parked car. Actually outrageous that they were not friendly or helpful at all. Please choose any other insurance company other than this one.
