Absolutely awful insurance company. If I could give them no stars I would. My son provided a full report, disputing liability, yet despite the call recording and a witness to testify, they decided to hold my son responsible, without even contacting the witness and with no regard to what my son had actually said about the incident. They record calls yet dispute what they have said in the call recording. Case handler Katie denied advising my son to ignore/disregard a letter and held my son responsible, although there is no  doubt recorded evidence of Katie advising my son to ignore/disregard the correspondence. Call centre agent Charlotte, whilst claiming she had no access to call recordings, she did actually listen to the calls and omitted relevant information that we had requested and instead, told my son that his understanding of how an insurance company would view the claim, is a good as him admitting liability! How can this be. If someone understands something from another perspective, can they really be admitting liability?? They are absolutely useless and incompetent. Don't bother and be sure to check with your broker, whether Markerstudy are the underwriters and if they are, keep well away and find another company to insure your vehicle with.

Employees are very very rude and unhelpful to the fullest, no one within the company knows what is going on, case handlers can not be contacted in order to gain update on claims. very laid back company who don't put their customers first. i am still in shock that this is an actual insurance provider, biggest joke in my whole life that i have lived. if i could give no star rating then that is what they would have got from me

Underwritten by Marketstudy - In a no fault write off

Will avoid this company and Adrian Flux like the plague in future. Being forced to salvage my own vehicle and being offered almost £2400 less than market value on my car. This is in a NO FAULT WRITE OFF.  Really bad, the amount of time I have had to spend just to get them to arrange salvage of the vehicle is a joke and now stating that even though LV contacted me directly to try to pressure me into accepting a low value (not acting in good faith) they still aren't even bothered to fight my case on the value of the vehicle. TL;DR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My god don't ever try to claim if someone else was at fault, they take the side of the other insurance company lost my no claims and excess of £300.
Worst ever experience ever don't touch them.
Had to take them to the insurance odbusman, that's how bad there service is.
One star can't give them less.
