It's a Spoons, yeah, but it's a spacious one set in an impressive building and the size means there's a better than usual range of interesting guest beers on. Good place to kill time if you're waiting for a train or want a few beers slightly outside of town. Food is the usual if you've been to one of their pubs.
Excellent meal in a lovely old building. Even better in the summer when you can sit outside. Great selection of real ales.
It was a very nice place . They had a good menu but lots of stuff was sold out. They were responding greatly to COVID 19.
Really nice pub/restaurant. Went there got an early breakfast and was very pleasant. Menu was good from app order service. Hood was very nice with free coffee refills. All in all very nice and would definately visit again
Beautiful palatial setting and breathtaking views of the sea. Scrumptious cream tea. Spacious light-filled elegant rooms. A hotel where you go to get away from everything, yet less than 5 minutes from the heart of town. Perfection.
Good staffing under CV19 conditions, so a pat on the back for them. Unfortunately 3 out of the 6 meals served were not very hot but tasty never the less.
Cheap and cheerful. Love a good spoons and this one is a really nice one. Beautiful building and lovely grounds. Good amount of seating, good friendly helpful staff. Cheap food which is always nice and cheap drinks. Always happy to go back
