Nice enough for a couple of nights but oh so many little things wrong no rail for towels no hooks for coats only 3 coat hangers no spoon for tea no milk I could go on but its a shame cause beds,room shower décor is ok and staff are brilliant

Rooms look lovely, the ones that have been redecorate do anyway. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds, what more could I ask for?

Booked a family room for Saturday night Hotel nice on appearance, room dusty, needed hoovering. Kettle was FULL of old urine!! As well as 2 face towels being stained and carrying the same smell! Requested refund, awaiting response from the hotel!

Very basic hotel with a few issues like not many accessible plug sockets, no small bedside light, the main light didn't have a light fitting, the window didn't shut, the hot water was too hot instantly, damp on ceiling but plenty of tea and coffee and a couple of biscuits.
