We arrived early but the team kindly found us a table. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, even with 2 fussy eaters. Good portion sizes and a great cost. A real gem and we will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Turned up after a soggy walk to a warm welcome, the dog was brought treats and a blanket!!nWonderful, fresh roast dinner, both the belly pork and roast beef were perfectly cooked.nnCan't wait to try out the riverside area when the weather allows.
Lovely views out over the river from the restaurant area. Great outside seating for when the weather is good, and good food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, a fair amount of GF and Vegan options on the lunch menu. Perhaps a little more pricey than similar offerings in the locale, but nice vibes, clean toilets, and great service.nnAs a nice surprise there's an electric car charger CCS1 in the car park, so could top up the car whilst we ate - though usual amount of faff with an app to get it working.
Wonderful, location with stunning views. All staff, food customer service purely EXCELLENT spotless the staff just can't do enough to help, everyone there will go that extra mile if need to sort the tiniest of things outnI will definitely be returning whenever possible especially with it being to centrally located to pretty much any surrounding areasn10 out of 10 all round from me by better half and mother in lawnThey even got a piece of cake and sang happy birthday along with a drink for the birthday girlnThankyou everyone for a wonderful stay
We travelled from far away for this lovely afternoon tea birthday treat after seeing great reviews here. It did not disappoint, all the items were homemade and delicious and you could tell a lot of effort had gone into it, the staff were all friendly and the location was nice too by the water. The brownie was the best I’d ever had! Thanks for a lovely time
