Story

WELCOME TO THE HILL

We are friendly independent bar serving a wide range of food, made freshly on the premises, and with ingredients sourced from local suppliers and served in a casual dinning surrounding.

Our family friendly atmosphere caters for everyone, whether you would like a quiet drink or you want somewhere to bring the whole family for Sunday lunch.

We have a lovely garden and offer free Wi-Fi for all customers. Being only five minutes from Forest Hill Station in South London. Only a small commute from London Bridge and Crystal Palace.

Now open from 12noon 7 days a week why not pop in and try our new deli bar/ tearooms for that lunch time treat. We are under new management and have changed all of our menus going to a home made fresh menu with the addition of a deli bar which consists of locally made cakes and fresh ingredients

It is a lovely cosy Pub with friendly and helpful staff. Also being pet friendly is amazing.
Enjoyed a truly scrumptious afternoon tea here. Wonderful small garden, with an array of different potted herbs to smell. Inside is beautifully presented and complete with grand piano. Excellent service and well worth a visit!
We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we visited this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful time there with great dishes and an efficient stuff and a talented chef. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will no doubt go again soon. We highly recommend.
A big dog walking in the pub, wine tasted as if water was poured in, I didn't liked it. 1st and last time for me.
I love love this place cheap drinks doubles for next to nothing considering it’s in London , it has a really good energy & the staff are nothing but lovely service with a smile , only down side is the music forget asking for a specific song you get what you get
Very friendly staff and friendly service
Staff are extremely polite and helpful and also like dogs. The prices are even better than at Wetherspoon's I've been there several times now and I'll definitely go back when I'm in London
Expensive and the food is terrible, not sure if it's because its cramated or the unusual taste. Definitely never going there again
Cool and fun plenty of drinks on offer had a blast
