Had a Chef special not on the menu a seafood platter and I have to say it was amazing the chef improvised and it was absolutely delicious. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. It was an amazing fusion of pure Italian cooking with a touch of chilli which hit the spot. Highly recommended.

Good menu. The food is decent, a little bit to oily for myself but good anyway. The plates to share are good and pasta dishes are probably the best in town. The only thing that I've to say that I don't really like is that it is very noisy and it get difficult to talk to people on your own table.

Nice and popular pub, that offers both british and Italian cuisine, right in the heart of Bedford. Good quality food, high variety and rich portions

These guys know how to entertain your palette and it keeps on coming. Many good meals had at The Higgins with lots of friends and a good cozy atmosphere with great service
