Very busy, as you would expect on mother's Day, so why not put on more staff & make an effort. The food was good, the gent hosting the the door was lacking in genuine warmth, the guy at the order point was very slack......... but the floor staff were good. At Nandos you need to collect your own cutlery & plates.......... Unfortunately there were no plates, although they were retrieved when requested. In all honesty they should have done a little something for the mums on mother's Day thou (a clue ->🥀🤔)

The girl that answered my call has put me on hold and it’s already been 5 minutes. Not to mention whenever we order food to takeaway they never make it on time and we have to wait 15-20 minutes after the 20 minutes they gave us for waiting for them to make the food. And in that 15-20 minutes is when they ACTUALLY make the food 😑 not just that, whenever I order takeaway I always walk away with 1-2 boxes of my order missing.

Best Nandos we've been to. Great atmosphere, helpful staff. Food prepared and arrived at table really quick. And good sized portions too!

Nando's, Bedford - First time ever so ordering was a bit confusing, however I was tired. Food was nice.

Staff were playing around throwing food at each other very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone food tasted awful, chips were cold. I could go on and on about how dirty the restaurant was but you get the point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone .
