Absolutely disgusting customer service, the food was 45 minutes late! When I rang up to ask where my food was the guy on the phone laughed at me down the phone and hung up but also the food was stone cold when it arrived. Was also missing the drinks we payed for and they never turned up when we asked for them to be delivered! Overpriced for what the food is and the customer service! Would highly not recommend to eat from this Chinese place. Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. I also rang up and told them I wasn’t happy with my order and the response was “ if you aren’t happy with it don’t order again “ this is actually disgusting customer service and customer satisfaction! That was no way to talk to a customer who has just paid for the meal!

Absolutely sadened to make this review. We have used Chef beijing for about 10 years, sticking with them when others said how down hill they were going and food wasn't as good as other places. Last night I was spoken to in such a bad way all because I asked where my food was 1hr and 40mins after ordering (we were told 45min wait) i asked if we would get any discount and I was shouted at "no i dont care it's only a few minutes late you can take your business else where." I have never complained to them before and always been polite when they are late and never moan when they've brought the wrong things so there was no need for his outburst! Discusting customer service and to make it worse the food was stone cold and fatty and greasy. He will get his wish as i will never order from there again!

Used to be of a really high standard but the past 3 times I have ordered from them it has been over an hour and a half and when contacting the restaurant to ask where the food was... they were rude, abusive and disrespectful! Huge downfall in what was a great take away!

Truly disgusted with the service waited 2 HOURS for the food to actually arrive but by that time we had gotten a dominos ! They weren’t even apologetic ! Also don’t try phoning them to see where your order is because you either get ‘user busy’ or wait for 2 minutes for the call to disconnect kntself because nobody answers! Just glad I didn’t pay by card but maybe that was the problem ? Would have given no stars but sadly that isn’t an option
