Nicely Located Restaurant, but a little bit confusing for people who are not familiar with Bedford. The decoration could be enhanced to give the customer a better first impression of the restaurant. The customer service is very good, and the food is tasty. I love to order grilled steaks here, they are professionally cooked.

Bedfords first and best "Gourmet" burger restaurant with good selection of choices. Always worth a visit!

We came here for a birthday celebratory dinner and the service we received here really disturbed our night. My parter had the duck salad that had tough, overcooked meat in it and was inedible. My friend found a hair in her seafood dish after eating a bite of fish and a mussel, we spoke to the waiter whom then said would have a fresh dinner prepared. He came back with the same plate 10 minutes later and when we said it was the same plate they denied it (it had a bite taken out of the fish and a empty mussel shell on the plate). We refused to pay for both of these items. When it was time to pay they put a £15 service charge on our bill which we also refused to pay. My friend had to get food from Nando's after she was completely put off by the lack of hygiene and service she received. Would not recommend.

Not sure if standards have fallen or my tastes have changed, but not as good as I remember. Admittedly when I used to come here weekly it was for a burger, but on this trip I had the Grill Platter. Steak was slightly tough with no discernible flavour. The shared started of calamari and king prawn was also rather tasteless. We'll give it a go again, but have had much better success with Baja just next to here. I didn't even take any photos, which either shows how hungry I was or how lacklustre I thought the meal... you decide!
