Visited twice over the last couple of weeks for myself and my daughter. The reception staff were friendly and understanding when I called ahead on one occasion to let them know we may be a little late, when we arrived just in time they were again polite and friendly. The dentist was brilliant with my 5-year-old daughter, he clearly explained to her the importance of cleaning her teeth and the consequences if she doesn't in a non-scary way, her examination was performed quickly, and she found the whole experience a positive one. When it was my turn, the dentist was thorough but quick and explained the options open to me for any treatment clearly and without bias. When I had to have x-rays, the dental nurse kindly asked my daughter to go with her outside the room and explained why which meant she was happy to oblige. Very happy with the service provided, have never had a bad experience at this dentist to be honest.

Have been with The Hedon Dental Practice since my early teens and I would not consider moving from this practice. I have always had excellent care throughout the years and when I relocated to Liverpool I decided I would continue to travel for my checkups and any dental work needed. Excellent practice with wonderful staff.  Thank you.

This visit was for myself and my 2 children.   My eldest has been referred for some treatment at the orthodontist and she became very upset by the possibility. Usman spent a lot of time explaining  exactly what would happen and what her choices were.  He was incredibly patient and reassuring.   Many thanks, it does make a difference.

Always friendly at reception.  Dentists, hygienist and all staff really caring and reassuring. Hadn’t been to a dentist for a few years after moving when I first joined here about 4 years ago. On Denplan payment scheme which takes the worry out of the costs.

First class service - after suffering toothache for a week I rang the dentist and managed to get an appointment that same day.  A tooth extraction was booked in for the next day.  Lovely dentist and assistant - first class job - thank you

Had two fillings and a clean on 25.11.22.  Excellent service by everyone. Very pleased with the results. Thankyou. Had a further visit 8.12.22 for a filling, and again the service was excellent. Very pleasant staff.

Had a broken tooth just a week ago ; what remained was very sharp and uncomfortable. Contacted the practice on the Monday and received treatment on Wednesday. Much appreciated David Wray

The staff are very friendly and the hygienist who looks after my teeth is first class. All round a great Dental Practice.

check up is rushed and does not appear to be thorough, I mentioned the filling that was placed the last time was sharp and cut my tongue. I was then told it was supposed to be a temporary filling. No offer of rectifying the problem. I used to have a lovely Romanian dentist, not sure why I have been changed to the new one for the last few appointments.

Since coming to this area in1961, I have used this Dentist Practice.The company may have changed over the years but the kindness, pleasantness and dental skill still remains. Thank you all
