Disgusted with the way i was treated !!
I had just registered with this practice had my initial consultation and discussed what treatment was needed which turned out to be a root canal and a crown.
My appointment for the first session of treatment to begin was 17/04/18 which i had wrote in my diary for 11.00am, after arriving for this time was told it was 10.00am and had missed my appointment really confused how this was wrong whether this was a general human error and mix up.
I was disgusted when the receptionist had spoken to the dentist 
Saim Zaheerali who said he refused to see me and i could not book back in after waiting a few weeks to get this appointment in a lot of pain to be told this in the reception where other people where around i was embarrassed and could not believe what i was hearing, they would not book me in with anyone else and was told they would have to speak to the other dentists to see if anyone would see me as normally they do not normally take other peoples patients.
I was sent home with no appointment and unsure whether they could book me back in, I have since been told that i was their patient for 8 weeks after i had my consultation and they would have to see me.
What disgusting behavior unprofessional, 
I have since registered at another practice and will get the treatment i need.
1 star is only given  to submit this review they dont deserve any 
If this was the last dentist in Hull i would not use them !!!!

I was very impressed. Phoned in the morning and was booked for the same day. All staff were friendly and professional. This was my second tooth extraction at White House, and both times it was very quick, and almost completely painless.

Rang up for an emergency appointment as couldn't get seen in my own practice and was seen within an hour and a half and I'm not even a patient there. Fifteen minutes in and was all sorted out and free from pain. Very polite and friendly staff will definitely switch to this practice from now on !!!

Visiting the dentist does not bother me one iota. However, this place was different. 
There was a distinct feeling that they were rushing me through.
They sat me down, numbed me and started drilling my front tooth, with no explanation what the procedure was, see point 1.
it wasn't numbed properly and it hurt, a lot. My protestations at the pain were ignored and I had to physically push their hand away. They showed palpable exasperation at having to trying to numb my tooth properly.
Seemed to be unfamiliar with the universal "raise your hand and I'll stop" signal. 
Replaced a perfectly serviceable filling on a molar with a ceramic crown. Of which fragments broke off over the following week or so.

Conclusion - I came away with the feeling that there was an advert in a Sunday supplement magazine "Earn £££££! Become a dentist in 12 weeks!". Only given one star because can't give zero.
