The reception staff and dental assistants are friendly and welcoming. To my dismay, I had the rather unfortunate chance of being attended to by a dentist who was abrupt, rude and impatient for no reason. I will be moving my file to another service provider. Its a pity because the location is ideal and convenient. 👎👎👎👎👎

Rang at 8am for appointment, couldn't get through for 30 minutes then when I did was just told they were full and to ring 8am the following day. Patient is a 79year old with infection, was prescribed 5 days worth of antibiotics 2 weeks ago and told to come back if still in pain, can't get an appointment. Can't use dentures because of pain having to eat with just gums and is in a lot of serious pain. Absolutely let down by this practice.

My daughter visited this dentist in an emergency with her wisdom teeth to be told on the day that she would get a refairal to hospital to have them taken out and to wait on a letter she is in a lot of pain waiting it has been 3 weeks so I rang the dentist asking if they knew how long a refairal takes to be told she hasn't been refaired as she was an emergency appointment and she needs to make another appointment to be refaired it's an absolute joke what is it to send off a letter or is it because she has to pay for her treatment they are trying to pull a fast one and trying to get all they can out of her and to top it all she can't get another appointment for 3 weeks I am fuming

Fantastic service friendly,efficient rang the night before seen the next morning filled a form in and seen too within 10 mins - can't fault them 👍
