I've always received good service from 543 Dental Centre but recent care received to address an abscess under a crown was exceptional. After seeing me promptly and recommending a course of antibiotics which unfortunately had no effect I rang for a further appointment and was seen on the same day. The crown was extracted with great care by Faye with a little additional help as the extraction was proving difficult. The whole team from reception onwards are polite, courteous and very professional. Thanks to everyone at 543.
Fantastic practice. Always super clean facilities with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They was very courteous on my last visit that as I was waiting in the waiting room my appointment time had gone slightly over no more than 5 mins as my dentists appointment prior to mine had run over . I was in absolutely no rush at all anyway but they offered me in to see a different dentist instead, Henry I believe who was very nice also . I have a 4yo daughter too who they always put at ease and make appointments enjoyable for too.
Excellent Dental surgery. I always ask for Faye to do my treatment, she’s very precise at what she dose, her knowledge and advice is excellent. My teeth have felt so good. I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental surgery and Faye has built my confidence up and she makes you feel at ease.
I was with 543 for many years but changed dentists when I moved house, big mistake the dentist was not good and I vowed never to return there again, he basically put me off going to the dentist ever again. I plucked up the courage to call 543 in October 2021 and was told there was a 12 - 18 month wait so I was put on the waiting list. Well this morning I received a call, there was a cancellation for 2pm same day. All I can say is that it was a pleasant appointment and my fear of the dentist disappeared. The 2 receptionists were lovely and the one who I dealt with went out of her way to help me and Andrzej the dentist put me at ease, he was lovely. I will now visit the dentist without getting worked up so thank you
Really great service. Multiple reminders to make sure I don’t miss my appointment. 8am appointments which is great, so I can still make it into work on time. Dentist and other staff super helpful and offer great explanations. 100% recommend!
Izzy is an absolutely wonderful dentist. I actually enjoy going there. She’s super sweet and polite and her assistants are always really lovely too. Cannot recommend enough!
Terrible customer service. Removed me from their database due to not attending since before covid, no notifications, calls, letters. Asked reception and can’t confirm if anything had been sent or where too but unwilling to do anything about. Convenient for them that they would be willing to take on privately though. I’ll leave you all to make your own conclusions on that one.
I can not begin to explain how much this place has helped me from the Web chat , to reception, to the dentist, everyone is amazing. I have not sat in a dentist chair without sedation for 15 years because a not good dentist put me off going after going all my life , Today David and Jackie restored my trust I had 2 teeth removed 3 injection, I will be forever grateful to these people, you truly have saved me from pain and fear . I am now going to be a regular visitor, David is the most patient and understanding chap , the NHS needs more of you people thank you so much
Brilliant company, my partner was hooked in for an emergency tooth removal due to the abscess’ and pain he’d been in for several months. These guys put the needle in so gentle in his own words the best he’s ever had an injection done and took so much care of him, he didn’t even know he’d had it done until I told him. Thanks so much will be booking in as a private patient very soon. All the best.
I cannot thank the dentist isobelle enough I was in for an extraction of one of my molars and she put me at ease straight away and all the way through the process was amazing it’s not a nice experience having a tooth out but I can’t recommend her enough what a wonderful dentist I will have no problem having anymore dental work done now I have her. All the staff here are fantastic
