I have been a patient on and off if Graham Pinder for over 30 years  I called today and explained I need a white crown replacing and asked for a quote, I told her ide seen on line price list which quoted £299 to be told no its at least £650 by the frankly damn right rude receptionist, I'm discussed Graham your receptionist reflects badly on you, your dentistry is great surely you have a say in the levels of service you offer, it's not just about profit is it?
