My partner and i fanced dinner out so went to House of spice.The meal was lovely and we felt at ease no rush like some places.Hope to visit again..Plus nice to see a lot of locals in there too.x

Short: order only tandoori dishes 😂

Long version: Tandoori dishes are good and tasty but all other curries are flat, only gravy changes. Chicken in curries doesn’t have any flavours whatsoever. Rice seems 60% cooked and felt hard, especially for children. Even Biriyani is made using those same chicken used in curries and mixed with some masalas, in other word it’s not Biriyani. Staffs are friendly and the place is neat and tidy.

Very bad experience...unprofessional attitude...We booked table for dinner, but they suddenly closed the restaurant without any notice. We faced lot of issues to find out another restaurant during this Easter...Very much disappointed....

One of the best places in Isle of Wigjt. We reached just a few minutes after the restaurant was closed and the owner Mr Rashid was very very kind to let us in. After that we were surprised with the amazing Indian food served to us.. The dal tadka,  vegetable korai, saag panir, vegetable biriyani were delicious.. their curd is also homemade.  it's by far one of the tastiest indian food we have even had in UK.  Lastly the gulab jamun with ice cream is amazing. Amazing team and owner MR Rashid we're very kind and humble.. must go place
