I am a physiotherapist for 23 years and in that time I have referred lots of people to the Hamilton Foot Clinic. I have referred both my parents, my Hamilton patients and other friends because I have absolute confidence in the team that has been assembled there. Over the years, I can say as a very satisfied customer that The Hamilton Foot Clinic has always stayed at the forefront of the technology as it relates to orthotics. See the attached picture of the 3-D Laser Scanner I am not often in Hamilton, yet the team at The Hamilton Foot Clinic, was able to squeeze me in the same day and ensure I got my orthotics quickly. Andrew, the Pedorthist, was friendly and conducted a very thorough assessment. I must admit I was disappointed in some of the critical reviews I have seen lately. I am confident that if these concerns were communicated with management they would have been more than satisfied with the responses they would have received. Lastly, I know just like any other business that all opportunities of criticism are opportunities for learning, and that goes both ways, whether you are a happy returning customer like me or have concerns that you would like addressed, do not hesitate to communicate with the management team at The Hamilton Foot Clinic. They are sincere, professional and always available to talk.
My dad and I have been attending the Hamilton Foot Clinic for many many years and have always received exceptional service from all staff. I’ve purchased orthotics, compression stockings, and shoes from their clinic. As a nurse being on my feet for hours in a day, I’ve never been disappointed. Combined, they have significantly improved my lower back, feet, and knee pain that I was previously experiencing on a daily basis. My dad has also seen similar benefits while being in a labour-intensive job with lots of walking at National Steel Car. Due to our positive experiences, I brought my elderly grandmother into their clinic as well for foot care and she now insists that she will never go anywhere else but here. The staff are welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to address your concerns. It is clear that they are here to help and go above and beyond to provide patient-centered care. I would highly recommend their clinic and give them 10 stars if I could!!
The worst foot clinic ever!! Dirty, the customer service is awful. Secretaries rude and you feel that you go for free and you don't, very expensive. I ordered a pair of running shoes and orthotics, and they didn't fit in my runnig shoes, of course i didn't take the orthotics with me. Because I didn't took them they sent it on the mail to my house and charged to my insurance company almost $600 dollars. I go to another foot clinic and I find the same running shoes $50 dollars cheaper than this one. My daughter's and I NEVER will go back there.
I have been a regular patient at the Hamilton Foot Clinic for many years.I recently saw Tom Hewak and he helped me tremendously with severe pain I was having in one of my toes on my left foot.He came up with a solution that completed resolved my pain issue. I also had Andrew recently customize my new orthotics to also help with my foot pain. The staff are friendly and professional every time I visit. I highly recommend The Hamilton Foot Clinic for any type of foot pain you may be experiencing.
I've been attending the hamilton Foot Clinic for over 10 years. I've received nothing short of amazing customer service from the moment I walk-in, to seeing the clinicians. Their products are very durable, high quality and are customized to you. I've purchased orthotics and compression stockings which have both been instrumental in assisting my pain management. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting the chiropodists, orthopedic surgeons and pedorothists who are all highly knowledgeable in their fields and provided me with great advice. As we all change over time, so do our feet. The Hamilton Foot Clinic were able to adjust my orthotics to fit the ongoing needs of my feet i.e. when I was pregnant, my arch support changed significantly to ensure that I get the best support and be able to maximize the benefits of the orthotics. Can't say enough great things about this establishment!
The clinic is I’m in very poor condition. The entire clinic requires a makeover, dust and germs on ceilings. Make sure before entering you wear extra protection not only for corona from others but the germs in the air. The pictures below are from just the room I was in, I’m sure most of the other rooms look like this condition. The doctors at professional however they are outsourced so try to get the appointment at their own clinic.
Went to see Dr. Jennifer Seecharan for orthotics and she was amazing. She was so friendly and held great conversation and was also so professional. She inspected my walk and feet and then fit me for my orthotics. The orthotics have been the comfiest I have ever had. I have had different pairs over the years. As they are custom, they fit in all of my shoes perfectly. I feel so supported wearing them. I will be back to see her every chance I can! Thank you for an awesome experience!
I have called this clinic a few times, left messages and no one ever calls me back. That is not a place I would want to give my business to. Now back to looking for a chiropodist for my diabetic foot care.
Been a client for 3 years. A great experience. I see Dr. Hewak. He is always professional, explains my foot issues and fits me with the proper orthotics. I then see Michelle that fits my orthotics. She’s professional, personable and friendly. She spends time ensuring that my orthotics fit in my shoes as well as answering my questions. Thank you!
I was sent here by my physician after an MRI was completed on my ankle. My ankle is severely swollen and stiff. I was looking for options. Dr. Rabinovich sat with me an entire 3 minutes and told me my options. First suggestion was that I weld it together which means I will never movie it again with a one year recovery after surgery..... Second suggestion was painkillers and taking my blood, and injecting it between the joints. Doesn't fix anything, just lubricates it and eases the pain Third suggestion was orthotics $800 which I went for and didn't do anything. At the follow up visit, I mentioned this and they agreed that the orthotics wouldn't do anything, but I should get a cast made of my foot which would straighten it out $3500. The physicians wouldn't even look me in the eye when talking to me because they know it is snake oil. sold by.... Ankle replacement wasn't an option as would wear it out too soon Instead I went to a local physiotherapy clinic who spent an hour with me in my initial meeting and explained what was going on. She took measurements of both my feet and showed digitally what my body was doing when I was walking like a penguin. After 4 months of regular visits, I am done with the clinic and walking like I did 10 years ago. Straight, which helped my back and hip pain to the point that it hasn't been there in months. swelling is still there, but it feels much better. Where the physiotherapy wanted me to feet better and not come back, it feels like The Foot clinic wanted to sell me a $100 brace for $3500, and Dr. Rabinovich wanted to duck out early to the golf course. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Do your homework and save your money
