Esther Powell FAO Pamela Carlin, Treatment Rooms - Attended Hamilton west medical practice this morning, Esther who took my bloods was outstanding. Quick and worry less procedure done with care and kindness. Would recommend Esther for bloods to anyone if you are a bit anxious about getting them done! Could not appreciate her attitude and compassion towards me more!
I’ve been going here for years for routine appointments and the staff are always so professional and friendly. My appointments are always on time and the nurses are excellent at what they do.
We were on holiday and had a medical situation with our 8 year old daughter. We were given an appointment at the out of hours clinic. From the moment we arrived the treatment she recieved was excellent. she was seen by the triage nurse who immediately treated her and kept her calm. they explained everything to us and our daughter, knowing we were so far from home were very kind and attentive even though obviously they were busy. They arranged the ambulance required for a hospital transfer the whole time keeping my daughter calm and rewarding her with stickers for her bravery. Thankyou so so much to the team they were fantastic.
Fast and efficient when attending for blood work, parking was OK and I was in and out in 10 mins total.
