1. Do not maintain the changing rooms. They smell and people just leave stuff lying around - people either too lazy to use lockers or can't afford to buy a padlock. 2. Personal trainers look like they need personal trainers. 3. Majority of gym users do not know how to use machine or use incorrect form during exercises. The personal trainers or gym employees do not intervene and give guidance to avoid injury, they just stand there twiddling their thumbs. 4. Parking is a nuisance as you have to pay before 6pm and walk long distances. 5. Bags are not permitted in the gym apart from the changing rooms. Pathetic rule as I need to transport my various gym kit around the gym floor for different exercises. 6. Water fountain makes filling bottles up impossible as they are only equipped with sipping taps. 7. Free weights area far too small. Weight limit on free weights is too low. Need heavier weights. 8. Lack of space for Olympic bar workouts/exercises. Lack of bars also. 9. 90000 treadmills but only 2 smiths machines...great proportion. 10. Employees/personal trainers just lounge around. Even when with clients. I also overheard a personal trainer giving the incorrect advice for completing a squat correctly. I corrected him to save the client from an injury. Apart from that, it's a gym with toilets 4/6 working showers and 2 water fountains.

Really good gym- open 24 hours a day so suits all. Good range of equipment that's laid out well and can usually get on what you want even at busy periods. Classes are well run and you are pushed to work hard. Staff and resources are very good.

Probably one of the best gyms around, everything you could want ; lots of equipment and facilities , cheap membership (you can do £99 for the year) , free wifi (that actually works throughout the whole gym too unlike a lot of gyms I've been too) and the staff are friendly and approachable but at the same time let you get on with what your doing too

so good that is open 24/7 means i can go a bit later and miss the after work rush at the gym
