Superb gym that offers a range of machines, cages and free weights!  I tend to visit the gym on my lunch break and even though there are people in there, it never feels super busy see photos!  I can always complete my routine uninterrupted but in a nice really, friendly environment- would definitely recommend to those who live or work around the Avonmouth area :

There is a big chance to be alone in the gym which makes it great for beginners who are shy. Few problems with machines but it got fixed quickly. I wish there are more machines for multiple exercises not only one e.g biceps. Some people leave machines unwiped and others don t put their weights and other stuff back. The gym has shower rooms and two toilets. Overall a good gym but I hope I see more effort into it!

Brand new 24h gym in Avonmouth, great kit all round and a nice feel & atmosphere. Good variety of kit with something to suit all training styles!

A nice basic gym, hardly ever busy. Love the fact that there are 3 squat racks. A few negative things to note: 1. Over the last three months the hygiene in the gym has deteriorated significantly ?influx of new members. The gym has become extremely dirty. I no longer dare to enter the toilets as the walls and floors are covered in god knows what. The sink and toilet itself is clean so it is just lack of care/resources to do a proper job on the rest of it. Same issue on the gym floor - dirt and dust on machines and in the corners. I think it's time to hire a team of cleaners as it is becoming quite unpleasant to train. 2. Cracks are starting to show in the general maintenance and upkeep. This morning there was a leak coming from the ceiling with waterfall over the TV. Big paddle on the floor. Wheels on benches are loose and about to come off. Leg extension machine is missing adjustment pins has been the case for months. 3. Interesting priorities regarding equipment - 2 crash mats and 2 sleds occupying huge space downstairs, masses of cardio equipment but no basics like bumper plates, pre-loaded bars, plyo box, hyperextension bench. I was hoping they would move bumper plates from the old gym after closing but still no luck. Real shame as all of the above would make the space much more women friendly. 4. Would like to see more plate-loaded equipment. A proper leg press would be nice, for instance. Space is limited but again, there is a lot of random stuff and machines which are rarely used. 5. Cable stack has plates numbered 1,2,3,4,5 etc. No idea what weight I am actually working with which makes logging a nightmare.  Even in a small space, things can be made to work considerably better. For inspiration, take a look at South Coast Gym in Lancing which has very similar layout and space availability but is a joy to train in.

I checked this gym out to see if its local 10mins drive to Lawrence Weston and where i live.  The gym is well appointed, with a full range of machines for every body part including a free weights section could possibly do with more benches and squat racks. There are a range of quality cardio equipment upstairs eg. Cross trainers, treadmill etc. I liked the fact that its 24/7, there are seperate mens and womens showers and its near to my home, whats not to like!!!

I was still in the same place as I started on the equipment, so the running machines don't run off with us on it. Self help 24 hour gym so members can go as and when it suits them for as long as they like. That's what I like about it. It works around people's lifestyles. The only thing I've lost going there is a bit of weight

One of the best gyms I've used in a long time, day-pass is decent priced & can get some training in while working away from home & shower afterwards was spot on!

I use this gym a few times a month as I'm a truck driver from Scotland and when I'm down in Avonmouth I make sure I get along it has everything you need and the bonus of getting a shower for a truck driver is great lol

Great location if you work up in Avounmouth. It's got more than enough machines and weights. More equipment than it looks in the photos.
