Recently got back into the gym and I got Barry to be my personal trainer. The first 2 weeks with him was astonishing, as I have lost 1 stone within that time frame all thanks to his training programmes. With the weekly free body mass index checks diet plan and training tailored to my needs this helped me achieve a needed mile stone to the best version of myself. Thanks Barry 10/10

Pros: Good location, free WiFi, and gym is open 24 hours. If you live close or enjoy exercising on your own - then it's perfect place for you. Cons: no hairdryers, no shelves in the shower room (you have to keep all toiletries on the floor), classes are in open space so no privacy - everyone will be able to see your torturing session :D

Clean and tidy...and not too highbrow so you don't feel self conscious at all which is nice. Good equipment and plenty of choice. Sometimes very busy in the evenings

Pros: Nice Gym A lot of space, bright airy space. Good variety of equipment. Good size shower. Friendly Staff. Cons: No Free weight Leg press (Enough space downstairs to put one) Horizontal Machine leg press is there-but it’s not the same as FREE weight Leg sled Vertical Leg press No Monkey Bar or rope (this could be my own preference) No shower gel dispensers-understandable as it’s a budged gym, but at least put shelf where we can place our own shower gel-as there is no other way as to put it on the floor-which is not very comfortable and sometimes floor is not clean so-you place your item on the dirty floor. Tiny shelf would be helpful) No Hair Dryer-you have to bring your own. A bit Small locker facilities. Very small area for make-up and drying your hair by the mirror-only 2 ladies can fit in there and if there is some promo sticker on the mirror-only one lady can use mirror.
