Really decent gym, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the gym. It's clean inside, all the equipment is in great condition, and two hours free parking at the car park next door. Every machine you need, hydration machines everywhere, CCTV so safe at night and a good vibe overall as well as a fantastic app.

I’ve been frequenting this gym for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best fitness centers I’ve ever experienced. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights that cater to all workout styles. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff members are friendly and always willing to assist with any questions or guidance.nOne standout aspect of the gym is Marcus, a trainer I had the pleasure of working with. Marcus is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals. He takes the time to personalize workout plans, explains exercises thoroughly, and offers valuable tips on nutrition and recovery. His enthusiasm and positive attitude make each session enjoyable and inspiring.

Great space to exercise - lots of gym equipment, staff are very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable!

I like the way the gym floor is set, its easy ti use the equipment here and the members are very friendly alongside the staff. And most if all its close to home with plenty of travel options.

Great location and an even better team! The staff—Marcus, Jeremy, Georgie, Kyle, and Robert—are super helpful both during classes and outside of them. They always bring great energy and are happy to assist with anything you need.nnThe gym also runs fun challenges from time to time, which really adds to the sense of community they've built. The facilities are always clean, and there are plenty of helpful amenities available.nnWould definitely recommend - easily one of the best gyms for value in the area!
