Good if you are just looking to lose some weight or gym casually. However, lack of free weights is a minus for some.

Been a member since 2011. Love it. Love the instructors.  Made loads of friends. Some repair issues with the air conditionibg but think we're getting there.

Been going here for years from when it was LA fitness, great staff, great environment, and have excellent training facilities.

Negative: Been a member for last 4 year.  left last year and re-joined in Dec 2016, The standards have decreased.  I have complained on several  occasions about broken  showers(3) out of 8,  No soap, broken hair dryers, no waste bags for wet and dirty clothes and the hot tub is regularly broken. I get the same answer from the staff that head office are dealing with it.  I'm locked into  contract until  December this year so u less they get their act together i'm off.  Positive: Last visit was today x 2 for classes which were excellent.
