Good sized gym with a wide array of equipment but the hygiene practices are appalling. Not a single bottle of cleaning spray or roll of paper towel across a three-level gym. They cite having a robust air circulation system, but if the owners had a basic understanding of germ theory they would realize that isn’t quite the same as having proper sanitation measure in place. Onus is put on members to use a sweat towel, but I haven’t seen a single one used. The Gym Group’s priority should be hygiene and member wellbeing, not being a “net zero/carbon neutral” gym  You can recycle paper towel.

I do like that the gym is large with plenty of equipment to accommodate a larger population.nnWhat I do not like is the low sanitation standard and the fact that staff are nowhere to be found. Everything, even the access point, is automated through an unreliable app instead of paying people to make a presence here and properly tend to the gym. If you need assistance with anything you have to fill out a contact request form to which you will receive no response.nnThe gym is gross. There are no cleaning stations anywhere because the gym wants to cut down further on costs using the excuse that they are trying to be more environmentally mindful. They say you should bring your own cleaning equipment which is simply ridiculous. No one is going to bring their own cleaning supplies to clean a poorly maintained gym managed by ghosts. If they do clean the gym, they close the whole place down for two days and reopen it with seemingly no difference in cleanliness levels.nnOverall, this gym is extremely hands off and I would not recommend it.

Incredible gym atmosphere! The level of equipment is absolutely unmatched in the surrounding areas near Guildford. Place is open 24/7. Clean and tidy all the time. Management team is super helpful and always looking out for their members. Does get a bit busy in the usual after work hours around 6-8pm but the gym has 3 floors so it can accommodate the flux of people. Would recommend!

Fairly priced BUT only 2 stairmasters;one never works needs replacing but its kept for display really and now both stairmasters are not working for weeks.The fitness comp machine hasn't worked in over 2/3 weeks. And the locker room doors have not been secure in months. Difficult to justify what im even paying for. Ridiculous and no effort on the gyms part to actually fix the problems

I’ve been attending the yoga classes at the gym regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Each session leaves me feeling more relaxed, focused, and physically balanced. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being since starting. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve both mind and body!
