I recently took a Reformer Pilates Strength class with Scott, and it was honestly one of the best sessions I’ve experienced. Scott strikes the perfect balance between challenging and supportive. He pushes you to get the most out of every movement while still making sure your form is spot-on and you feel comfortable throughout.nnHis instructions are clear, motivating, and easy to follow, even when the exercises get tough. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping everyone improve, no matter their fitness level. The class was intense in the best way full-body, energising, and incredibly effective.nnI left feeling stronger, more stable, and already looking forward to the next session. Highly recommend Scott to anyone wanting a high quality, results-driven Pilates class!nn-Tharsini-

Danny and Scott are amazing. So helpful and make me feel at ease giving helpful pointers during classes. I have been enjoying the reformer classes since they started and am looking forward to trying mat Pilates. It’s a shame there isn’t Zumba anymore as that class was great fun and a fab workout

Danny is amazing! He always finds the perfect balance between pushing me when I need that extra motivation and making sure I’m working at the right level. Every session is challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling like I’ve had a really effective workout. I especially love the classes - HIIT is definitely my fave! They’re tough but so much fun, and Danny brings such great energy every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who will push you, support you, and make training enjoyable.

I had a Pilates strength class today with Scott and as always it was great session. I’m 53 and stay very active, and I really appreciate how these workouts push me to my limits without putting any unnecessary strain on my body.nnIt’s a true full-body workout, and I’d highly recommend booking a session and giving it a try. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced gym-goer, it works for everyone.nnI only wish I’d discovered reformer Pilates sooner!

The only thing that I think lets this gym down is its poor commitment to hygiene. Why the hell are there no sanitation sprays? I’ve been a member of other budget 24 hour gyms of a similar size and they provide them, but not here.nnJudging by the lack of action on this, despite it being raised many times in older reviews, we can only assume they don’t care enough.nnI'm expecting the typical generic cut and paste response that doesn’t directly answer why there are no cleaning sprays and this will just prove that point.nnDespite this poor standard in regard to hygiene, the gym is a decent size, has lots of good equipment, and is pretty well laid out. I do recommend it as a budget gym due to its. price and being 24/7... but ffs, just provide the cleaning sprays so we don't have to sit in other peoples sweat. Also to the person who's job it is to reply, I'm sure you agree with us but some management guy ignores everyones feedback.
