Rainbow Leisure Centre

The service is affordable and there are good timings for badminton which is the sport I have been playing. I have sometimes had the staff not know answers to my questions about membership types and sport activities or take a while to respond to the phone which is the two main areas of improvement I can see. But the price is very good and if you and your partner/friends want to visit for a racquet sport only one of you needs to be a member.

Great pool. Changing facilities are always grubby. Don't really want to put my feet down anywhere - invest in some flip flops

Loved my hotstones massage I recommend Chelsea made me feel at ease and really comfortable would definitely go back

I would highly recommend Charlie's Circuits class, they are fabulous. Charlie inspires us all to give extra (I would NEVER work that hard on my own) and I love the tips about body position during the exercise (I always feel I am doing the exercise in the right way and achieving maximum potential benefit!), AND Charlie makes a hard work out super fun. Thanks Charlie - you are awesome!! In terms of the Rainbow centre more generally, its a great place where you can swim, gym, badminton. All the staff have the best intentions and have been nothing other than friendly and helpful with me. I think facilities are great and feel really privileged to have such facilities in Epsom. Agreed parking is tricky but at peak times, I just accept I need to use Hook Road Car Park or I walk instead if possible.

Great, john’s swim classes on a Wednesday night are the best! He’s got me going from swimming 3 lengths very slowly to a reasonable 1900m time for my first half Ironman last September.
