Very good gym and the staff are decent. This would be 5 stars if the clientele would keep the place tidy and return weights etc. Absolutely not the staffs job to tidy up after lazy pond life, but they do which I think is unfair. CT Fletcher would not approve.
the best gym in southside good atmosphare clean area and most important thing is staff they are awsome and helpful all times .and personal trainers always trying to help yoy .specially amen is one the best trainer in glasgow i really love to workout in this gym
large gym with reasonable equipment but cleaning definitely needs to be improved & more frequent.

Great gym, no pressure, good atmosphere
Free parking is a bonus and it’s got a lot of basic equipment, although one massive drawback - the broken machines literally never get fixed! Vertical bench press machine has been out of use for at least 4 months now, I remember when the gym closed back in December for a revamp and I thought thank god that must mean they will fix all the broken machines, but unfortunately it wasn’t the case. Basically once you see a machine that’s out of use in this gym, you can say goodbye to it! EDIT: I came in last night and the vertical bench press was fixed. My prayers have been heard! Adding the star back.
Probably the worst of Glasgow "The Gym"s I've visited, but that's not saying much. It's got most the facilities you'd expect and it's very busy in the evenings. Mask policy is non existent, despite what the signs say. I'm often one of the only people wearing a mask. Free parking on site. Staff have been pretty unfriendly to me in the couple of interactions I've had with them.
2 weeks straight still no hand sanitiser
it's not a serious company...you make a contract...then they cancel it...and they cancel the contract after you already pay a month in advance
