Better than any of your run of the mill gyms 10 fold!! Been at Reactive for 2 years now, I started off with the 6 week challenge. Love it The coaching is the best I have had for nutrition cardio and lifting weights, I couldn’t sing the praise any louder. Never a question unanswered. It’s amazing! The workouts and blocks are already fabricated for you! All you need to do is get the work done!! Can’t ask for much more!!
Great gym - I could not recommend it enough. Training at Reactive has given me more confidence with overall training in a group PT environment and also on my own. Robert and the team always provide excellent support and encouragement. All workouts are planned and posted on the gym's app, which can be viewed when booking each class, and there are plenty of challenging workouts. All other gym members are a great group of people, so there's no anxiety when getting into pairs or smaller groups for specific workouts. Training at Reactive has given me the confidence to participate in 2 Hyrox events and another one booked for later this year. There's always a brilliant atmosphere at the gym and there are regular planned activities out with the gym - hill walks, cycles, running events, etc. Great gym, fantastic equipment, brilliant atmosphere - get yourself involved!
I am now 18 weeks in and still loving it. Each session is different. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable. The attendees are all lovely and we all have a laugh. I’m lifting weights I never thought I’d be lifting and performing exercises I never dreamt I would be able to with my disabilities. I always look forward to each class and feel the I’ve achieved something everyday.
hey just want to say thanks and honestly just how good the vibe is at the gym. the coaching style is positive and realistic and easy-going and that really counts for fostering consistency over a long time. I was more of a loner when it came to exercise and training but really have enjoyed the team spirit. I think Reactive is unique that way. Since starting Reactive I've lost 18kg and dropped 16% body fat but more importantly got me exercising and motivated again and thinking straight. finally feeling back to my old self and it feels great.

This has been life changing for me, the weight I have lost just doing the 6 week challenge has been frightening. I have loved every moment of the journey so far from the attending the classes which are 1st class to meeting the people I have met along the way. I have a whole new diet with food I actually like and for someone who doesn't like their greens Robert managed to help me adapt so I wasn't eating food I didn't like but still fresh homemade meals. I have lost 8kg in the 6 week challenge and definitely renewing my membership and looking forward to loosing more. I honestly can't speak highly enough of the gym and coaches.
My goal on this 6 week challenge was to remain motivated, learn how to weightlift safely, to improve my general fitness, and to be able to adapt what I'm doing to accommodate my dodgy knee so as not to cause myself any further damage. The team could not have been any better in this regard. They have helped me stay motivated and welcomed me into the community that is this small gym. Each trainer knew my name and were helpful from the first session. I've also met some great people who just make being in the gym fun.
Best gym I've been to. So far I've been attending for 6 weeks, and will continue as I can see results and it siply became a thing for me, when I can say I was never a gym rat and doubt I'll become one. Welcoming atmosfere, helpful coaches and classes which keep you engaged in the workout are the opposite of what big chain gyms offer. In the past I was usually only looking at the clock when attending gym, doesn't matter were they group classes or did I go on my own, I was always dreading it. From a person who dislikes working out, I'm now attending gym regularly and stopped thinking of it as a chore, but part of maintaining a good routine. Who thought I'll start running in my mid 30s. The gym is great if you're looking for a push and have issues holding yourself accountable and need guidance.
Fantastic gym! Having been years at council gyms without much difference, I tried this gym and it’s been exactly what I needed! Refocused, revitalised and met a great bunch of likeminded people. Always different challenges and activities to get involved in too. Robert and Greg are the best of instructors and offer expert guidance with your training and nutrition.
Joining Reactive Training and embarking on Hyrox training with the guidance of Robert and Greg has been transformative. In just six months, I've experienced remarkable improvements in my fitness, thanks to their expert coaching and support. The sense of community and the positive atmosphere they've created make every session an absolute delight. The combination of challenging workouts and personalised support makes Reactive Training stand out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey; it's been an incredible experience that I cannot praise enough!
