Easily one of the best CrossFit gyms in the UK. The coaching staff are exceptional and tailor the CrossFit journey to any individuals needs based on ability and goals. The gym is massive, spanning three different railway arches for specific class types. The constantly changing programming keeps it interesting and challenging for any ability level. Can’t recommend CrossFit Glasgow highly enough.
I've been training here for 10 years. CFG was good when I started, and it's even more amazing now. It is a friendly and supportive environment to train in, and it's a highlight of my day. CFG is more than just a gym; it's a family.
It doesn't matter if you've been doing Crossfit for years or are a complete beginner; CrossFit Glasgow provides excellent facilities, coaches and community for you to thrive and develop no matter what your current fitness level/ability!
Great gym, i was there for a weekend course hosted by CF Glasgow and loved my time there, they have all the kit and space you could ever want and everyone was very supportive and helpful....they even posted some trackie bottoms that i foolishly left there and they refused to let me pay for the postage!! 10/10 recommend
An outstanding gym. The coaches genuinely want to see you thrive and will always push you to be your absolute best, with an infinite amount of scaling options on standby if required. Fellow members will always have your back and on the days you think you can't, they always know you can. Community is at the heart of this wonderful wee box and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Glasgow CrossFit! The crew here is top-notch – incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. From day one, they've made me feel welcomed and empowered to push my limits. The coaches are fantastic at tailoring workouts to individual needs and skill levels, ensuring everyone gets the most out of each session. Plus, the community vibe is unbeatable – everyone is friendly and encouraging, creating a fantastic atmosphere to train in. If you're looking for a place to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals surrounded by an amazing team, Glasgow CrossFit is the place to be!
Have been going to CrossFit Glasgow for around a year and it has out done any other gym I’ve been to. There is so much focus on coaching in every class for movement practise and scaling! Every coach is knowledgable and always willing to help. The gym has a really friendly atmosphere and is great with comms on special events or even communicating what the programming is. Can’t rate it high enough :
Crossfit Glagsow is an excellent facility ran and controlled by more than excellent staff. All sessions are educational, progressive and enjoyable!. With all different types of classes being ran each week, the excitement and adventure never ends.
I was in Glasgow for work and came to this box for a drop in. Great box! Coach was very knowledgeable and clear in explaining and instructing the class. Kit is very well maintained and class vibe was great, everyone welcoming the few drop ins. I highly recommend this box!
Really supportive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. You do feel a great sense of community here, even with other members who I didn't know prior to joining. I have attended numerous gyms over the last 10 years and fell into a comfort zone of doing exercises I knew I could do and that I felt comfortable doing around others e.g., not pushing myself fully, so my confidence was really low. I was nervous/skeptical to join, but after almost 1 month, I can understand why people get the bug for this kind of thing. I have been 4 times a week for 3 weeks now and don't intend on stopping: thanks to everyone at CFG so far for making me feel very welcomed, encouraged, and supported
