I’d worked out in there for nearly three years. I had so many mates however the staff who work are so quit friendly. I was just asking where should I put my clothes in and ask for my own locker as they did not care about it I was insisting to get my own one but I was confused & refused to have one eventually I asked about the manager that I can talk to they had done nothing. They absolutely are discriminating and disrespecting me. THAT WAS DISGUSTING & DISGRACEFUL.
Awesome gym. Has quite a few different machines and workout areas. Staff are friendly and for those that blast leg day there's an elevator but seriously food gym to attend.
Just like all the other gyms in the group. No frills, plenty of equipment, well maintained and clean.
Great staff , large equipment variety , however often packed.best to go late at night.
Sadly I spoke with the manager sometime ago about extra accessories attachments for multi gyms. He was spot on ordered more and they were around for about a month and have since all but vanished now back to limited equipment attachments and during peak times this is problematic. Also tried a class I enjoyed last week to find its been replaced with something else... Not big deal however would have been helpful to have been informed this one is no longer available as part of time table. Otherwise gym is value for money and staff are great.
One of the first gyms I ever joined and my experience has always been positive. I have tried other gyms by the gym group, however I have not had an as good experience. It is a clean environment and the equipment although old works well and is clean. The changing rooms are a good size and the showers are decent. There is always staff walking around the gym that will say hello and will assist when needed.
I go at night, there are only a few people around. It is nice. Gym tries to have a staff at all times, if no one is around then you can call staff using call points situated around in the gym. Gym has a wide range of eqiuipments and weights. Free classes are a bonus!
Equipment excellent. Staff excellent. Vibe excellent. Nice views of the west end when working out from the rowing machines up stairs. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms. Secure lockers. Everything you need in a gym with 24hrs access during the week. Excellent!!!
Got a day pass. Quite pricey at 6.99. Took ages to get in as bell wasn't answered. Lots of equipment but really unhelpful staff who made me feel like a nuisance. Wouldn't hurry back
