Staff were okay. Zumba trainer is good. Pool is small but good. Area is short. Mostly busy.  PS: Editing my review again when I encountered an incident with them.  They don't care about their customers. Simply they care about is money. The staff which is sitting at this gym will say anything, they might assure you anything but later they will flip on it.  The staff who works here are fine. But the main office guys are very mean. They don't care. If you have a genuine problem then also they won't consider.  A BIG NO!

Good price when you factor in swimming pool and sauna for 15 quid a month. Some equipment takes too long to be fixed though considering it's not a big gym. Not a large range of equipment and can get busy. Also hard to get parking near it. **Update - why are you now closed on a Sunday???**

It's a horrible place.. no signal for using internet and there aren't many supplies. I started January and the first I attended the gym I asked to cancel it the next day but couldn't really regret it  They don't know what terms and conditions means they just like using it to dodge arguments.  I called in to ask if this month was my final payment and the lady that was speaking to me asked if I can wait to speak to her manager and she came back saying yes you won't be paying following month and we are here today complaining with them because the did take a payment from me. Now I understand for not reading and knowing terms conditions my fault but in no shape and form do they have the rights to lie

I was sold a gym membership for a gym that wasn't even open, this gym is currently closed but there is no mention of it on the sports direct website and they will continue to take your money. There are no phone numbers on the website - I have only been able to send them letters and emails, to which I have had no reply. I've had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this gym.

Even though though this gym is located within Raddison Blu and guests can use the facilities, they will not allow children under 14 to use the swimming pool, at any time, even if accompanied by adults. Ridiculous and wouldn’t stay at the Raddison again even though this is not their fault

Excellent. Very friendly. Couldn't be more central yet not too busy on a Friday morning. Wish I could have stayed longer - did a free weights session but not time for cardio, pool or sauna. Great option if you're staying at a hotel with no or usual tiny gym e..g. the many Premier Inns in Glasgow.

Friendly staff who were more than happy to help and advise. Clean facilities and it's not too busy either. Sports direct Fitness is a small space but they have used the space to their best ability and I am glad to be a member

Staff are friendly and know everyone The gym itself is small but the equipment is fine - you get what you pay for - this is one of the cheapest memberships out Doesn't have water machines though which is weird so being water

Brand new dumbells and was a pleasant surprise to get it all for 14.99 a month. This includes a swimming pool and sauna which is always open when the gym is so was perfect for what I need

Total scammers!WARNING: watch out for their clauses before joining! My wife tried to cancel my membership which apparently has a 3 month notice no one told me about and which she had to respect.However they tried every possible way to make me pay further and even threatened her with legal actions despite knowing she cancelled due to the fact she was pregnant. After statements from the doctor along this she continues to be threatened on a daily basis, acting as bullies to just a random person. absolutely DISGRACEFUL!!
