Surprisingly nice hotel! Enjoyed my one night here. Only two minor gripes; the walls are too thin and the double bed had two single mattresses pushed together on it meaning I fell down the gap!!

Following a great day in the park we signed in to our room whilst unpacking it became clear the room was showing signs of being worn and tired. Carpets were soiled and a small mass of human hair on the carpet the rubbish bin had items inside we compared rooms as my daughter was staying in a themed room for a birthday surprise being busy celebrating she had not taken much attention until we told her of our findings. Upon inspection there was used sanitary towel in her bin her room also presented as being well worn we reported this to the manageress who apologiesed and reported she would speak to the house keeper. We feel let down this is not our first visit but is likely to be our last. We love the park and with many birthdays too come for our grandchildren it is a shame that as a annual get together we are now considering other options your most sincerely Mr Mrs Tweedaleand family.

Loved this hotel and would highly recommend, staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were spacious and very clean, restaurant and bar cozy, food was great, perfect entertainment for the kids.

Absoloutly terrible had a complaint at 845 about noise yes the whole hotel stunk off drubks maybe that should of bin investigated feel ill off food but donp how as only iceland £1 meals bad experience all in all

We went in the easter break great value for money. Staff are polite the rooms are spaciouse we had a family suite. The childrens entertainment in the afternoon could have been better staffed but my children enjoyed it. The only thing i found in the park and the hotel is that they have only two choices for the vegiterian option cheese and tomato pizza or qourn burger.
