Dropped off my in-laws who were staying here. Owner was exceedingly helpful especially in helping to look after my infirm father-in-law. Also very good with my children who disappeared off to play!

Very clean and nicely decorated, the guesthouse is well situated with a fantastic view and just a short walk down to the beach. The hosts are also very warm and friendly  who offer an excellent breakfast choice, can strongly recommend the full Cornish cooked breakfast with produce sourced locally.

The owners of the Grosvenor made my stay a comfortable and very enjoyable experience. They always seemed happy to help and took a genuine interest in making sure my stay there was an enjoyable one.

The room was large and well decorated and the bed was very comfortable, I had absolutely no problems sleeping.

The cooler breakfast in the morning was an excellent way to start the day.

Will certainly stay here again if I return to the area.
