Good location and very near a long stay car park, although you can load and unload right outside. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely large room with a super comfy bed,room has tea and coffee.nLift and a Restaurant for evening meal with limited menu, lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms spotless, great TV, staff friendly, plenty of parking nearby. EV chargers new at the beach car park SWARCO.nnDecided to have a meal deal and it was just fantastic! Pizza and ice cream up to our room and breakfast the next day! We’ve done this in other premier inns and the food was made incredible well, even focusing on brownie presentation! Much better than other premier inns we’ve done this at. Please tell the chef on the 22/4/2024 that he did an incredible job!nnStaff also really friendly and helpful! We loved our stay here!!
Easily an affordable stay and great location to Summerleaze beach 5min walk. Where we stayed it was overlooking the canal, with the window open you could hear the traffic outside but that's to be expected! and didn't affect our stay. We had room service and it was lovely that towels were replenished with extras.nBreakfast first day we were served at the table.nSecond day it was self-service for cooked breakfast, which surprised us and figured they were short on staff.nChef was great, food delicious, sadly cold beans on the first morning of our stay but felt too embarrassed to say anything. Couldn't fault anything else though.nNo parking on site which I'd read from reviews previously and so again not a shock and was to be expected. We intended on parking at Crescent Long Stay Car Park, but sadly no spaces as it's been reduced due to works there. We parked at Summerleaze Coastal Car Park using JustPark app which isn't far from the hotel.nThere's lifts to the different floors and despite being informed by reception it's a 60+ room hotel that has only 15 tables to dine at, it never felt busy or crowded.nOne thing to mention is that due to it's location next to the Inn you can find people hovering around drinking outside, which people might find uncomfortable. So depending in which direction you're entering the hotel just bear that in mind!nOverall, it was a pleasant stay and can't fault the price we paid. We wanted to extend our stay but the cost to do so would've been double our original costs for more days. Would recommend for short periods but certainly not for a week's stay.
Can't really go wrong with a Premier Inn and this is no different... pleasant and helpful staff. Situated perfectly at the bottom of town.nWe got an Indian takeaway from up the road and took it back to our room, the staff kindly provided plates and cutlery.nnMy only niggle was no parking... we had to pay to stay in the long stay council car park across the bridge but wasn't too much of a problem to be honest I'm pretty easy going and was only £6 for 24hrs which I don't think was pretty good.
Something of a Premier Inn road trip and this was one of the best. Building and rooms spotless and the breakfast by a million miles the best.Staff helpful and welcoming only downside lack of parking but not insurmountable.
