Great hotel. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. We stayed in room 118. Lovely staff. Breakfast needed more staff, felt bad for the people working breakfast they were literally sweating. We are very familiar with the area and can say it’s very nice. Good place for a good price. Thanks premier inn!
These places do represent fantastic value for money, and the rooms and beds are excellent, decently sized TV too, although room a bit lacking in storage and slightly scruffy. With a bit more attention to detail, they'd score a five in my book. The check in was slow, after about 5 minutes of battling it became apparent the auto check in machine had packed up and no one had thought to place a notice on it. We had one of the meal deals, again great value, particularly the breakfast, but someone had entered the voucher on the wrong night. Little things like this, and they can be sorted.
THE STAFF WERE BLOODY brilliant!!!! The hotel is nice also but the one star review is for the management and premier inn in general, two members of staff in the school holiday and two members of staff! the hotel was busy and the lads working there was working their socks off and i felt so bad for them that this was the position they were put in! they didn't let it phase them the smiled and were very helpful with things like bringing an iron to my room even with me knowing how busy they are i promise you i didn't see them stop once! John and Ryan are a bloody credit to this hotel but come on premier in management sort it out! you will end up pushing great members of staff out the business putting them in this situation! 10 stars for the hotel and the John and Ryan but 0 stars for putting them in the situation they were in!

One Night Stop over while we were working locally Great hotel friendly staff, what you would expect from a Premier Inn hotel great good breakfast, location and I even got parked outside
I would agree with the good reviews as the hotel itself is clean and modern and service was good. However do not stay here on a Friday or Saturday night if you want any sleep. It is next to the only nightclub in Bude and if you are lucky enough to get to sleep through the noise of generators, music and shouting then you will get woken up when the club kicks out and spills people out onto the street in the early hours. I understand the Premiere Inn have no control over the nightclub but it is unacceptable for them to charge £110 per night and not give any warning about the nightclub noise when they know it is a huge problem. Check to see if the nightclub "BED" is open before you think about booking.
Lovely evening at the Premier Inn, Bude. Staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable and although in town, it was quiet. The parking was not on site but a short walk and reasonable price for 24 hours parking - I think £7.20 when we were there in April 2022. Two adults and a teenager travelling - we ate breakfast in the restaurant. It was great value for money. The hot food arrived sporadically at the counter but this is understandable when it is a turn up and eat offering. We enjoyed some toast and fresh fruit, our sone ate pancakes and the blackberry muffins. I would have liked the black pudding to be more cooked but that is a minor suggestion, not complaint. We will happily stay again when we are in the area!

Room was nice and clean like any other premier inn but the restaurant side let's it down There was a choice of 2 starters and 3 main meals This was due to locals complaining about it being built or something So if you want a room and no food then by all means go here right enough but if you wanting food too I'd avoid There is a pub next door right next door But all they sell is pizzas and a tad expensive
Had to cut our break short and the manager and his staff were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend staying here, lovely and clean, excellent food and serviceRooms: 5/5
