Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Loved sitting in the chair reading with the sea view. Nice amenities kettle, milk, biscuits and clean. Only downside is the beds, which are incredibly soft.nnBreakfast was great, dinner at Elements quite good although a number of times when parts of the order had been forgotten.nnParking available and great location by beach.nnOverall, highly recommend. Good value too.
Came here for a work conference. It's an absolutely lovely little spot to stay. There are lots of nice room amenities like a kettle, biscuit, and milk in the fridge for coffee or tea. This is the only spot where I left off a star: the room I was in would be very small for a couple.nnThe dining room is set up so that you have your own table: if you're in Room 10 then you're at table 10 - which I found unique and enjoyed.nnThe staff were so friendly, inviting, and accommodating! Mike in the dining room was great to talk to - very personable and went up and beyond to ensure breakfast was the best.nnLastly, the location was off the beaten path which is exactly what the doctor ordered! I will be listening to the attached video for the next year - anytime I need a quick getaway!
The beach at bude should get 6 stars for their customer service. We were getting married in bude in May and had 2 nights booked to stay the night before at the beach. The team took in deliveries of things we had to send on advance and on arrival had out petals on our bed abs made towel swans. I’d say above and beyond, when they didn’t need to. Thank you! The hotel is just perfect for its location, rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good value. Can’t recommend them enough.
What a gem of a hotel in a lovely location. We were in room 12 and had great views over the bay. The room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in Elements which was great and the breakfasts were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Great location for the coastal walks - we were there for 3 nights and didn’t use the car at all.
Food was delicious at the restaurant, had a lovely breakfast, they know how to poach an egg!!! Evening dinner was nice, lovely atmosphere.nnRooms were very well presented, would be nice for a little more parking if possible, maybe some permits for the guests perhaps? The rooms were noisy due to the wind, so was a little hard to sleep the first night. Great location to the beach, very friendly staff.
