Nice room, warm, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom toilet not cleaned properly. Cooked breakfast like greasy spoon cafe quality. Too much salmon with tasteless scrambled eggs. Evening meal nice but limited menu for secret escapes deal. Drinks quite expensive in comparison to other places we stayed at in Cornwall. Restaurant didn't have much atmosphere. Staff nice and friendly. Probably wouldn't stay there again as wouldn't be worth paying full price.

The outside is not very appealing but when inside it's lovely. I can't really fault it .Food lovely . Chilli beef starter amazing.Rooms clean and modern , shower perfect. Bed comfy .special mention of Kate , rest of staff should watch her she's very good. Decor is smart and funky. We really enjoyed our stay. Minor faults . Wife wants a mirror over dressing table. Toiletries a bit poor ,not replenished. Extractor in bathroom needed.

Interesting hotel, recently redecorated and I would suspect at some cost. The restaurant disappointed a little, the service was average and the food, whilst reasonably priced didn't wow. The children's Thai curry was over spiced with lemon grass. There are some weird touches with comic book style artworks in the toilets. I can't comment about the rooms as we didn't stay. Had a good time with friends but have had better food in other places nearby.

We loved staying at this hotel. The room was beautiful and very modern. Everything was spotless and we felt very welcome. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room had a TV, free WiFi, huge bed, sitting area, kettle, big bathroom with a bath and a shower, a wardrobe and a safe. We are at our next hotel now and it cannot compare to you. My boyfeiend's first words when we arrived were "can we go back to Hebasca?". Thank you Kate, who helped me when helping a lady that collapsed, I was very grateful. Thank you Hannah for your suggestions of places to visit! We had a wonderful time!!! We will be back!
