Story

The Greyhound Inn is a family run freehouse located on a quiet country road between Hever and Markbeech. We have recently re-opened following an extensive refurbishment of all areas of the pub, restaurant and accommodation. We now have five rooms available for bed and breakfast, including three with balcony views.

We stayed one night at this lovely place and had such a great stay. We missed dinner because we fell asleep and when we woke up just before last orders, Caroline made us some sandwiches so we didn’t have to go to bed hungry. This was super kind! We really enjoyed lunch here too and highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Had an excellent meal last night. Good choice on the menu with extra "specials" as well. The restaurant was warm and welcoming and I particularly liked the comfy armed chairs at our table Exemplary service - polite, non intrusive but efficient Thank you, will definitely come back

I liked it before the fire. The refurbishment has transformed it into an excellent pub with excellent service and food.

Very good accommodation, clean and spacious. We had dinner here, it was very nice. The owner and his staff were very friendly and polite. Our daughter stayed here and recommended it, good choice. Recommended

From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Ian was a fantastic host. Great food. The accommodation was superb for our overnight stay. Thank you. We will be back.
