The Greyhound Pub and Restaurant is a lively, family venue consisting of a large restaurant and bar area. We serve carvery and main menu meals daily.

Story

The Greyhound Pub and Restaurant is a casual dining experience with our main theme being carvery. We have an extensive wine list served by the glass or bottle. We are also a popular venue for celebrations. We have a substantial garden and patio for those al fresco moments.
The restaurant is spacious and stylish. The day time and evening menu is informal and family friendly with a selection of classic British and European dishes with gluten and dairy free options. There is a wonderful selection of starters, salads, lighter options, grills and substantial main meals. Then to finish your meal, a choice of delicious desserts and the ‘help yourself’ ice cream factory with sweet trimmings, a favourite with both children and adults.
The carvery is open Monday to Friday from 12 noon – 2:30pm and then from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Saturday and Sunday it is open from noon until 9:30pm. There is always a good selection of ‘melt in your mouth’ cuts of meat and plenty of fresh vegetables with roasts and gravy (including vegetarian and gluten free).
We love family dining. We have a children’s menu, lots of high chairs, a lovely big garden and baby changing facilities.
