We stumbled across the Grebe pub on Xmas day whilst on holiday in Norfolk. We were met with a friendly welcome from the landlord Steve and some of the locals, we had a fab day plenty of laughs and memories made. Thank you Steve for the bar towel and complimentary drink big love from Jono Nik Flyn and cowboy Fred xx
Great atmosphere and real characters. Good beer too
When we visit Stalham we always use the Grebe, it's clean and friendly and has a lovely old fashioned pub atmosphere. The wine and the beer are good as well

Excellent pub, warm welcome from Steve, pub landlord & locals, excellent beer & thank you for having us.
Nice pub. Staff very friendly. They even put on the coal fire in lounge room 4 us and also the TV. And when we asked them which was the best takeaway they recommended a very nice curry house. And the food was banging. Will defo go there again.
Brilliant atmosphere! Staff and customers very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back next time we're in Stalham.
Excellent, following a dreadful experience at the pub over the road we went there and we're made more than welcome, we were a party of 9, the landlord gave us the use of a room for us and our 3 dogs,while not a food pub he allowed us to order local takeout and have it delivered to the pub to eat there.. We had a great night, it was the 19th July freedom day and we had a fab night, great pub, brilliant staff.. Another pub in the village ought to look up the definition of hospitality and take a leaf from the Grebes book!!!
