Words cannot do justice to the kindness and hospitality that Leah and Julian show to their guests at the Granary B&B – they are warm, generous, and attentive without ever being intrusive, and the care they take in looking after guests is clear. The rooms over the years we've stayed in both are exquisitely decorated, with many of Leah's ceramic creations on display if you ask nicely you might get a peek into her studio next door, and the beds are spacious and dreamily comfortable. The freshly prepared breakfasts are utterly delightful, overflowing with local fruits, spreads, and breads, as well as eggs from their own hens whenever possible not to mention the fantastic homemade granola. In short, a more ideal hideaway base for exploring Suffolk could hardly be imagined – we can't wait to go back!

Lovely place to stay next to a cornfield where skylarks sing. Rooms are great, hosts are welcoming and very helpful, breakfasts are magnificent with lots of home-made ingredients. I hope there will be a vacancy when I need to return to the area!Rooms: 5/5
We rented both rooms for a weekend last month. We were in the area for our son's wedding nearby, so we had one room and my mother had the other. She is quite frail and has difficulty in getting about so we had picked these rooms for ease of access, although there is a slight step up into the building. The rooms are large with good sized shower rooms and beautifully decorated. The owners were attentive and very welcoming, they also swapped out a chair in my mother's room for one with higher arms on it so she was able to get dressed easier. We had breakfasts on the patio in the delightful gardens and were served lovely home made granola and fresh eggs from the owners' chickens. I would highly recommend this place to stay, it is a short drive/taxi from the riverside town of Woodbridge and the Suffolk countryside.
Julian and Leah were the best hosts we could of hoped for! They catered to out every need. We stayed here the morning before our wedding and they made every single moment perfect. Nothing was ever too much for them. The room was spacious and cosy, the breakfast was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning!Rooms: 5/5
Lovely location - perfect for exploring East Suffolk. Very attentive hosts and great attention to detail. Accommodation was extremely comfortable and outside area for breakfast and enjoying the warm evening is a bonus. Delicious breakfast served in the garden ! Definitely worth a visitRooms: 5/5
Relaxing, quiet, clean, comfortable and feels like a real treat to be there especially the very generous and well made breakfasts. Owners are so friendly and welcoming. Lovely place to stay.
Cosy, comfortable & quiet place to rest in Central Suffolk. Excellent host & a wonderful breakfast for the non-fry-ups who enjoy healthy, natural food. Faultless!
We visit the Granary regularly for pottery classes rather than as a B&B. The gardens are lovely and the owners very welcoming. It is located only a few minutes from the main roads so easily accessible and plenty of countryside walks right out the gate.
Definitely recommend this B&B for "get away from it all weekend" or even a week's holiday. The breakfast's are very tasty and well presented worth a try anytime. Julian and Leah the owner's of the B&B service and warm welcome are second to none.
