Lovely hotel we booked direct and joined rewards so when we arrived they gave us an upgrade. Room was excellent breakfast was brilliant l loads of choices. Bar was nice staff were very friendly and helpful. Leisure suite was excellent and we had free use as we booked direct. Have stayed at Premier inn normally but it worked out cheaper to stay here with everything included came away relaxed and would definitely stay again.
Overall it was good. Room a bit tatty, but not bad. Parking a real bonus. Breakfast pretty good but spoiled by miserable kitchen & restaurant staff. Reception team very friendly and helpful. Good location, just 5 minutes from seafront.
Went on the website to book a family room double bed and single bed for myself and my 2 children age 14 and 17 for 4 nights in January.nnTo book this family room for the dates I required for 2 adults and one child it costs £316.nnBut because my children are over 12 they count them both as adults.nnTo book the EXACT SAME room for the same dates for 3 adults it costs £568.nnI absolutely refuse to pay an extra £250 on a 4 night break just because my youngest child is 14 and therefore counts as an adult. What an absolute con. Same room should cost the same price.nnWhen I called to query this they tried to fob me off and say that under 12s are free. Over 12s count as adults because they eat as much as an adult. But this rate didn’t include food, it was the price for the ROOM ONLY.nnHow the hell do you justify these prices for the EXACT SAME room:n2 adults + child under 12 is £316 which works out at £158 per ADULT and the child for free.n1 adult + 17 yr old + 14 yr old is £568 which works out at £189.33 per PERSON 2 of which are legally children anyway!.nRidiculous!!!
Absolutely brilliant stay well spent 2 nights bed and breakfast, the room was delightful, right at the top, the windows opened hooray! Bed was super comfy, we used the bar and eat at the hotel the food was fantastic! And not expensive a great variety. You could use the spa and pool although we never got round to it but it looked amazing! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt, plenty parking on site also
Cute hotel with amazing breakfast.nnRoom was nice clean. Bed was small but comfy... needed to ask for an extra pillow as it was a bit flat.nnRoom was very small but had everything I needed. Window had a ripped net curtain... but I think that is really minor details. Window were really small... but lucky for me it wasn't hot so didn't really need to use them.nnUnfortunately during my stay there was construction works going on right by my window... so could not sleep past 7am... loud jackhammer and trucks all the time. Parking is VERY tight. Spaces seem overly narrow and barely get cars able to drive in and out... suggest herring-bone diagonal parking to get more sensible parking entry with a 'one-way' system to ensure access is good.nnStaff were very friendly, especially the breakfast waiting staff. Always happy to help and make life easier.nnGenuinely great selection for breakfast, even hot oats... loved it. The coffee machine flavour is ace!nnHighly recommend for families, couples or professionals travelling for work. Have a really cute pool leisure facility.nnWalking distance to the beach and loads of restaurants close by to choose from. Rates very reasonable... but then again, travelling in peak times will be expensive no matter where you go.nnWill definitely use again when in Weymouth.
