I echo the other reviews on this site. Wait for ages to get through and then when you do I can't get to see a GP for two weeks!!! I've got specialist appointments throgh the NHS quicker than that before!

Pathetic surgery. Have to plan months ahead to be ill to get seen. Call at 8 for appointments, call at 8 no answer.. Call at 2pm for appointment , call back at 2pm no appointments. Joke practice. Doctors just as bad, have zero faith.

this is most useless surgery i have been to,wished could give them a o rating,ringing and ringing they dont pick up when they do they cant give appointment for two days,messing me around for medication being done oh been left in the tray had go without pain killers for four days since dr brown and wong left gone down hill,i had one lady dr phone me telling what to do said your not my mother,cant get through could be dead by time they answer,i have made complaints tp practice manager she useless doubt she even reads them

It would be a miracle if the phone was answered. Normally picked up and immediately put down. Boots attached to this surgery are just as useless.

Ring up for an appointment, get the old "Press button 2 for Appointments". Phone rings and rings and rings 11 minutes and they still have not answered which is an indication of how good they are. No wonder they were put in special measures, what happens if its an urgent call? I would give 0 stars or even a minus if I could.
