Hard to get an appointment when needed. But my daughter's repeat diabetic medicines always completed quickly. Shame I can't say the same for the chemist think they're on the go slow in there. They need a rocket up their bottom!

Cannot find any fault with this surgery. Very good doctors and reception staff. I was very sorry for the loss of my last GP (Dr U S Qureshi), and am thankful to find another private practice where the Gp's genuinely care for their patients. I fear the day when no private practices remain, and all Gp's are relocated to "Primary care centres", where the prime concern is not patient care, but the number of patients that can be fobbed off in the shortest time possible. Long may Third Avenue Surgery remain.

Very rude evening receptionist when asked to sign as a temp patient after speaking to NHS 111 services. Looked like she hadn't smiled in about 10 years - shoulder length blonde hair.
