If I could rate it zero stars I would. This pharmacy is so conveniently located inside the building where a few of the local Dr's surgery's are. However you would think it's a million miles away, the amount of time they take to fulfil a prescription. I am disabled and need weekly prescriptions. They have caused endless problems for me, I even had to go to A&E one day to get a medication that I can't be without that they hadn't got in on time. Even though I have the same medication every single Monday. My husband is the poor thing that has to collect my medications, he spends hours up there waiting and sometimes having to argue to get things sorted. Apparently everyone there is complaining. It's such a shame because it has the potential to offer a great, convenient service but for some reason they can't get it together. It's certainly got worse over the last couple of years.

Used to be good BUT is absolutely horrendous now, Prescriptions are never ever ready or they say they never received them even thought the Drs surgery insist they were sent down to them days before !! They also send off prescriptions to the main boots in high street to be made up so when you go to collect it from that pharmacy where you have selected at the Doctors your meds aren’t there and you have to wait another day or two for them to come over. It’s really really done downhill

Shocking service, can often wait over an hour for prescriptions. Even pre ordered ones are never ready
